Monterey Sports Center Addition Chris Clancy was the Project Architect for the design and construction of a 15,000 sq. ft. addition to the Monterey Sports Center. The addition included new aerobics room, enlarged cardio and strength training areas, daycare area, locker rooms, snack bar / pro shop area. Building features exposed heavy timber beams, clerestory windows and 12' pyramid skylights. A new precast terrazzo floor was part of the project, as well as new main lobby reception desk. |

Monterey Peninsula College - New Fitness Center Chris Clancy was the Project Manager for the construction of a new 2-story fitness building at Monterey Peninsula College. Building has strength training, offices, meeting rooms on the lower level, and cardio on the upper level. An interior skylight brings natural light into the lower level which is partially underground. |

New Middle School Gymnasium Chris Clancy was the Project Architect responsible for the design of a new gymnasium building for a middle school in Cupertino. The gym features a dance space in addition to the main gymnasium, locker rooms with natural daylighting via skylights, and a multi-use stage that can be separated from the gymnasium via operable partitions. |
