Private Residence Chris Clancy was the Project Manager for the design and construction of a duplex condominium, located in the Trump Tower in New York City. The existing interior space was completely gutted, and a new custom curving stair was added. The interior space is in the minimalist style, with details such as floor to ceiling frameless doors with concealed hinges. |

Multifamily Housing Chris Clancy was the Project Architect for the design and construction of 28 new condominiums in Mt. Kisco, NY. The buildings featured prefabrication in Sweden and were erected on-site by crane. This system allowed for an excellent thermal envelope to be developed. Architect: Edvin Stromsten |

Private Residence Chris Clancy was hired to consult regarding the construction of a custom 4-story new house in the Oakland Hills. Issues included selection of appropriate materials to maintain design integrity, technical construction issues, and building egress analysis. Chris also provided drawings to adjust the dimensions of the house for use by the clients' structural engineer. Architectural design of this house was by another architect. |

Private Residence Chris Clancy was Project Manager for the design and construction of this 5,000 sq. ft. condominium renovation, located in the Upper East Side of New York City, while working for a design-build firm. The interior of the residence was gutted, with all new walls, plumbing, woodwork, finishes, being constructed new. |
