Corporate Headquarters
Beijing, China

CCA was hired to develop a master plan for a new corporate campus located on the outskirts of Beijing, China.

The final layout featured an artificial pond, with several office buildings organized on the site.

The image shown to the left is a rendering of the Demonstration Center building.

 

 

 

Recording Studio
New York, NY

CCA was hired to develop a design for a new recording studio suitable for accommodating symphony orchestras. An existing foundry building in an industrial part of Manhattan was located by the client which had 100' clear span floor area.

The concept called for gutting the existing building, keeping the existing steel truss roof structure, installing new audio control rooms, and sound insulation material, as well as support spaces (Green Rooms, etc.).

Design studies and budgets were developed for this project.

 

 

 

Office Interior
San Jose, CA

Chris Clancy designed and managed the renovation of a large office interior. A 30,000 sq. foot space occupying 2 floors was gutted and completely remodeled, including a new monumental stair, large multi-functional conference room with automatic movable wall, new custom reception desk in lobby.

Total cost was $85 / s.f. Design/Build was utilized as one of the methods to control construction cost.

 

 

 

Technology Park Development
Campbell, CA

Christopher Clancy was the project architect for the design and construction documents for a large office development project. Chris developed the exterior building shell design concept, as well as the building construction documents.
